For RoyaleEconomy 2.3.7 and above, added velocity support

Banks and Shared Banks MySQL Cache

Updated the addon to handle the new cache system the banks and shared banks offer when connected to mysql and bungeecord.

Change in Channel Name

Due to a server version that throws errors because the plugin messaging channel is too big, it was renamed. For this update to work you will also need to use the latest version of RoyaleEconomy, which implements the name change.
