There is a problem with this update, clicking NPC will directly crash after entering. The citizen version I am using is Citizens-2.0.33-b3240. The latest version still has this issue, and it's strange that the material pack cannot be used separately

The first thing you should do when turning on the server is to select the language that you will install on the server.
This will load the permissions, and this will allow you to use the npc's normally.
If you have problems with the installation board, use the command
/lp import ranks
