Protectcord 1.1

Protectcord now supports the following.

• Update system (checks if theres an update)
• Failover system (if api is down, it'll use our 2nd api)
• Whitelist system (if you want someone to join using a vpn but want to keep the rest of the server safe. You can do /protectcord whitelist add notch and it'll whitelist that user to the server. Bypassing all protectcord's safety systems.)
• Remade a large part of the plugin so it works better with async and other nerd stuff.
• Added a new comments in config.yml
• Added new startup and missing api key message
