Small but necessary update!

🎉 NEW ADDED: 

⚬ When you right-click while holding a mace, you will receive a boost!
(For older versions: Rename your item to ‘'Mace’' to use this feature as well!)

⚬ Added Config Options for the ''Mace'', you can configure the use cooldown & toggle the feature.

⚬ New Book Added: Tier Upgrade! Craft this book, and right-click to increase your tier!

💻 BUG FIX:

⚬ Event Action ‘'EXPLOSION’' was not working, this is now fixed and immediately improved the animation! When using this event action, the ground will actually rise like an explosion!
